Bitcoin for Fairness is a non-profit initiative based in Uganda. Our policies encourage collecting as little information as possible about you.

Payments and Orders

BFF collects minimal customer information to process orders and support the customer’s experience. All orders require an email address, for customer support enquiries and refund processing. Of course, we have no way of knowing if you use a throwaway email address, but if you do this may make it impossible to process a refund or resolve a customer service issue. BFF collects a physical address only for physical products that need to be shipped to the customer. No more than once per month, we may send you a discount coupon for a product related to one you have already purchased, if your prior purchase qualifies you for a discount. During checkout you are also given the option to signup for our general announcement mailing list, which is a double-opt-in mailing list. See the sections on Mailing Lists and Data Storage below for more information on those topics.
